Better than the bone in strips. After buying some NY Strips early in the year and enjoying them very much I bought some bone in my strips and was disappointed. Quality was still good, but the bone in really makes it difficult to get an even cook. I decided to try the ribeyes (no bone) and so far have enjoyed equally to the boneless ny strips. Very tasty and almost on par with some prime ribeyes from elsewhere. I really like the individual vacuum packed format. No worries about freezer burn or waste.

There’s NOWHERE else that we go to to get amazing Prime cut ribeyes and filets. These ribeyes have great marbling and so very tender especially when getting a good reverse sear on them.
