Better than the bone in strips. After buying some NY Strips early in the year and enjoying them very much I bought some bone in my strips and was disappointed. Quality was still good, but the bone in really makes it difficult to get an even cook. I decided to try the ribeyes (no bone) and so far have enjoyed equally to the boneless ny strips. Very tasty and almost on par with some prime ribeyes from elsewhere. I really like the individual vacuum packed format. No worries about freezer burn or waste.
